Workplaces that work for everyone

Go beyond engagement scores. Ellequate helps you understand how your workplace systems — from policies and practices to benefits and growth opportunities — shape what employees actually experience. With targeted recommendations, action-planning tools, dedicated coaching, and optional Leader in Workplace Equity certification, you can turn feedback into visible, measurable progress.

Uncover the Root Causes of Disengagement

Employee feedback tells you what people are experiencing. Ellequate helps you understand why. By connecting survey results with an organizational assessment of your policies, practices, and benefits, our platform reveals where systems are supporting employees, where they’re falling short, and what to change next.

Employee Survey

Our employee survey captures perceptions, well-being, and access to fair, consistent workplace practices. Scores are calculated using Ellequate’s proprietary rubric and reported for groups with at least five participants, giving you a clear view of where employee experiences are aligned — and where they differ.

Organizational Assessment

Our organizational assessment examines the systems behind the employee experience, including policies, practices, benefits, and decision-making processes. Paired with survey results, it helps reveal whether what you’ve designed is being experienced as intended — and where change is needed.

Our employee survey and organizational assessment examine six key areas of employee experience, giving you a holistic view of your organization’s health:

Hiring Practices

Ensuring diverse talent pools and equal opportunities

Pay Equity

Valuing the contributions of all employees fairly

Work-Life Integration

Promoting employee health, well-being, and productivity

Representation in Leadership

Including diverse voices and perspectives in decision-making

Professional Development

Providing access to growth opportunities and upward mobility

Workplace Culture

Creating safe spaces where all employees feel like they belong

Ellequate helped us make concrete changes to our policies to disrupt unconscious bias. While there’s still work to do, we now know where we want to be and we have a plan to get there.

Implement Targeted Recommendations

Turn insights into prioritized action. Ellequate segments employee feedback by team, role, level, employee type, and identity to reveal where experiences differ and why it matters. Our platform helps you connect feedback to the practices behind it, prioritize the highest-impact changes, and move forward with targeted recommendations, action planning tools, benchmarking, and practical resources.

The fact that we can easily make and track 6-month and 2-year goals is so helpful for us. We have everything in our hands, including recommendations and the data that support them. It made us realize, why do we need to hire an outside consultant? We have everything right in front of us. We can do this work.

Differentiate with certification

Show your commitment to building a workplace people can trust. With Leader in Workplace Equity certification, Ellequate employers can differentiate their organization, strengthen their employer brand, and signal progress toward fair pay, transparency, and a better employee experience. Certification is included with Employee Experience membership and can be pursued at any time, but is never required.

Certification Requirements

Ellequate certification includes three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level requires minimum scores on both the employee survey and organizational assessment. Silver and Gold recognize organizations that meet additional standards, including a pay equity audit and paid parental or caregiver leave across genders.

Recertification

Certification is valid for two years. To maintain certification, employers must demonstrate progress through improved employee survey scores, meaningful changes to workplace policies and practices, or both. Organizations seeking recertification are evaluated against the most current standards for their certification level.
